Called on Monday for air not working, they were here the next day at the time I was told. They were prompt, professional and explained everything that needed to be done and had it all done in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We bought our house in 2020 with the original furnace (1988 ????), so we were on borrowed time. We decided to upgrade the A/C unit & water heater as well, and added a zone to the upstairs so we could stop sweating to death at night.
We've had everything installed for almost a month now, and not only are we much more comfortable, our electric bill went DOWN almost $100! ????
*Update (9/22/24) - our bill from August went down another $50! ????

Kim was so helpful, and Mark and David were perfect. They identified all the issues improperly done by a prior contractor with respect to the mini split install. Wish I used them in the first place.

What more can be said of the owner, Frank Hess, other than he is a great businessman – professional, caring, courteous, and most of all friendly. His prices are excellent and his commitment to his customers is outstanding. He is not satisfied unless the customer is satisfied. There was a particular concern we had in the placement of the compressors and Frank and his crew went out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you Frank!! He is a rare find in today's world – respected by his staff and his customers. The central office staff – Kim and Shirley are always gracious, pleasant and eager to provide excellent assistance. Atlantic Air Systems replaced my AC unit, Furnace and repaired all of my Ductwork. They do great work. Very good price for everything.I am saving a lot of money with the high efficiency AC and Furnace. I highly recommend Frank and his team. They are the best in the area.
