My Mom lost heat during the Blizzard and spoke to the owner Frank he was able to get his technician Jack (who was great) out to the house ASAP and he had the heat running again in no time at all. Will only ever call Atlantic Air for any HVAC needs going forward! Highly Recommend
I've used Atlantic Air Systems several time over the past few years and have amazing service each time. From scheduling, to arrival, to follow up, we had consistent contact. Their technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. Locally owned by a great family too! I highly recommend them!

Atlantic Air Systems has been our consistently reliable HVAC maintenance service for our home in Seaside Park for close to 5 years. Recently, we had to have both HVAC systems replaced (both older systems were > 20 years old !). The new systems have been in place for about 2 months, now, and we are very happy with them. We cannot say enough good things about the owner (Frank), the service (both office staff and installers), and the systems that were installed. Thank you Atlantic Air Systems !
The furnace was installed was excellent. I am totally disappointed with the office staff I rate with 1 star. I was advised that the manufacturer of my furnace may be offering an extended warranty and they would get back to me. as they were having a meeting with the manufacturer but no callback. When I called after awhile pastI was advised that they are sorry they were really busy. Never heard from them. Called again after time passing allowing them time to return my call again. Told again they would call manufacturer and get back to me and of course they did not. Finally since I am getting it financed I called because I wanted the extended warranty included. So since the install was finished I called and got the same response that they will call the manufacturer and get back to me and of course no callback. I was strung along on this issue. Why not tell me if the manufacturer is not going to offer an extended warranty if that is the case. Just advise either way instead of stringing me along and having me call them. I still don't know if they are offering an extended warranty but I am done calling them. The office manager Kim has provided horrible customer service. I hate to write this review because the owner Frank is terrific and so is the install staff.
