When my mom’s AC went out in August she received a quote I thought seemed a bit excessive. I live out of state so I decided to call around for some other quotes. I found Atlantic Air Systems and could not be more grateful! Kim in the office was just fantastic and really helpful! We got Mom’s AC fixed the next day for less than half of the original quote. I’m so appreciative for the work, service and honesty Atlantic Air Systems provided! Highly recommend!
There's a reason this company gets 5 STARS, THEY ARE AWESOME!! My first contact with Atlantic Air Systems was with Kim who manages the office. She was very pleasant, professional and enjoys what she does. She scheduled an appointment with Frank the owner for an AC replacement estimate. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed and gave me 2 estimates to choose from. I feel like the price given was fair and as another customer said nothing hidden. I was then scheduled to have the new AC installed within a few weeks. Kurt and Adam arrived in the am and worked the rest of the day to finish the job. Again as with Kim and Frank they were very pleasant, professional and knew what they were doing. They were organized and cleaned up after themselves. All Franks staff have nothing but good things to say about him and his company. They enjoy working for him. HAPPY STAFF.. HAPPY CUSTOMERS...HAPPY BUSINESS.. The Stars reflect that.

These guys were great to deal with. Very helpful with navigating the NEIF financing process, friendly and easy to work with, and very helpful with explaining the equipment they use and how they perform the installations. They were extremely quick and efficient, getting 2 zones of heating and cooling equipment removed and replaced in just 2 days. I would highly recommend Atlantic Air Systems to friends and relatives.
Atlantic Air Systems takes the Gold Medal for all HVAC services. Atlantic recently installed a Mini-Split Air Conditioning and Heating system at our residence. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We experienced excellent service and high-quality equipment throughout the process, which was handled with utmost professionalism and communication. Nowadays, it is challenging just to get a company to call you back let alone provide a proposal. Atlantic is old school when it comes to customer service, honesty, quality work and responsiveness. The excellent service starts at the top with owner Frank Hess and then filters through his entire team of professional technicians and office staff. Atlantic delivered on their promises with excellent workmanship, professionalism, and clear communication throughout. Fantastic technicians Jerry is my favorite. He literally took a older air conditioning unit cleaned it maintenance and it works like brand new. A lot neat and organized compared to other HVAC companies
I had my entire AC system replaced in May 2025. The owner, Frank Hess, came to do my estimate. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The 2 techs that installed my system were great as well. Highly recommend the company.
