When my mom’s AC went out in August she received a quote I thought seemed a bit excessive. I live out of state so I decided to call around for some other quotes. I found Atlantic Air Systems and could not be more grateful! Kim in the office was just fantastic and really helpful! We got Mom’s AC fixed the next day for less than half of the original quote. I’m so appreciative for the work, service and honesty Atlantic Air Systems provided! Highly recommend!
There's a reason this company gets 5 STARS, THEY ARE AWESOME!! My first contact with Atlantic Air Systems was with Kim who manages the office. She was very pleasant, professional and enjoys what she does. She scheduled an appointment with Frank the owner for an AC replacement estimate. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed and gave me 2 estimates to choose from. I feel like the price given was fair and as another customer said nothing hidden. I was then scheduled to have the new AC installed within a few weeks. Kurt and Adam arrived in the am and worked the rest of the day to finish the job. Again as with Kim and Frank they were very pleasant, professional and knew what they were doing. They were organized and cleaned up after themselves. All Franks staff have nothing but good things to say about him and his company. They enjoy working for him. HAPPY STAFF.. HAPPY CUSTOMERS...HAPPY BUSINESS.. The Stars reflect that.

The whole process, from start to finish, was seamless. Frank came out and assessed our needs without trying to upsell us which, having a 14 month old, is extremely appreciated and speaks to the character of the company. Matt and Mike did the installation quickly and efficiently. They were polite and very hardworking. Everything came out clean and as advertised. The system is worth its weight in gold with the summer months ahead. If you're thinking about getting a system, you should and you should use Atlantic Air Systems.

It's very difficult these days to find a company that cares. From the initial quote with Frank, to the installation of my AC, and new boiler I was beyond impressed. Kurt, Andy, and the rest of the guys had such an attention to detail, and a work ethic that is genuinely just so rare to find these days. Their professionalism, and courtesy is exactly what you want from a contractor. I also have to mention how clean they were during, and after the installation. They've without a doubt made me a customer for life. Thank you again ya'll! Couldn't be happier with how everything went!
I can completely understand why Atlantic Air has 5 Stars!! Absolutely professional, super reasonable, knowledgeable and honest. Entire team including is outstanding, friendly and personable from Kim and Pat in the office to the young men Frank Hess has working for him. (James, Jeff, Kurt and another young man whose name i have forgotten.) Frank gave me 2 alternatives to repair and replace my central A/C unit, both very, very reasonable and fairly priced.
Everything was up and running quickly with the installation and we are so pleased and happy with Frank and his team.
I highly recommend them! I also signed a contract for heating and A/C inspection twice a year which was incredibly reasonable. Great Company...and honest!!!
