When my mom’s AC went out in August she received a quote I thought seemed a bit excessive. I live out of state so I decided to call around for some other quotes. I found Atlantic Air Systems and could not be more grateful! Kim in the office was just fantastic and really helpful! We got Mom’s AC fixed the next day for less than half of the original quote. I’m so appreciative for the work, service and honesty Atlantic Air Systems provided! Highly recommend!
There's a reason this company gets 5 STARS, THEY ARE AWESOME!! My first contact with Atlantic Air Systems was with Kim who manages the office. She was very pleasant, professional and enjoys what she does. She scheduled an appointment with Frank the owner for an AC replacement estimate. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed and gave me 2 estimates to choose from. I feel like the price given was fair and as another customer said nothing hidden. I was then scheduled to have the new AC installed within a few weeks. Kurt and Adam arrived in the am and worked the rest of the day to finish the job. Again as with Kim and Frank they were very pleasant, professional and knew what they were doing. They were organized and cleaned up after themselves. All Franks staff have nothing but good things to say about him and his company. They enjoy working for him. HAPPY STAFF.. HAPPY CUSTOMERS...HAPPY BUSINESS.. The Stars reflect that.

We recently had Atlantic Air Systems replace both HVAC systems in our shore home, and overall our experience with the company has been excellent.
From my initial discussions with Colin through the installation and follow-up with Frank, everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely concerned about doing the job right.
I was particularly impressed with our installers, Kurt and Mike. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and conscientious, and the quality of their work was excellent.
We did have a water leak following the installation, but it turned out to be from a connection that was part of the original installation and not something Kurt or Mike had done. Nevertheless, they came back, found the problem and fixed it. Even more impressive, they found the same potential problem on the other system and corrected that as well.
We are still working through an issue with the cooling performance of the upstairs system, so that part is not completely resolved yet. However, Frank and Colin have been very responsive, and based on my experience with them so far, I am confident they will work with us to get it resolved.
I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and unfortunately truly good service has become increasingly difficult to find. Atlantic Air Systems has been a refreshing exception. Their people take pride in their work, communicate well and stand behind what they do.
I would definitely recommend Atlantic Air Systems.
Excellent service! From the initial consultation to the installation, Atlantic air systems was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed properly. We want to thank Colin and Frank for addressing our concerns before installing our new unit and was able to do it the same day. This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy, and their pride in their work definitely shows.

There was never any pressure or feeling that I was being "sold" something. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt that I was getting straightforward, honest advice.
The installation crew was equally impressive. They were professional, respectful of my home, meticulous with their work, and took pride in the installation. That level of workmanship really made a difference.

Great service all around, very professional from the initial appointment for an estimate to the finished installation. The pricing is reasonable, very good workmanship and courteous personel. They showed up on time, worked nonstop, cleaned up and finished the entire job, vents and unit, one and a half days earlier than quoted. This system is awesome, we're very comfortable and happy. The entire experience with Atlantic Air was very positive beyond our expectations.
Requested an AC tune-up and system checkup. I briefly noted that two rooms—where I spend most of my time sleeping and working from home—consistently run significantly warmer than the rest of the house.
After a quick inspection, Jacob identified additional valves I was unaware of that were restricting airflow. For six years, I had been setting the thermostat to 68°F just to achieve a comfortable temperature that still felt closer to 72°F. I endured years of poor sleep and discomfort at my desk, assuming the higher temperatures were simply a result of the rooms' east-facing orientation.
Jacob was friendly, approachable, and thoroughly professional. He did not charge extra for the additional time spent diagnosing and correcting the airflow imbalance. While I'm not sure of every adjustment made to the system, the home now feels approximately 4–5 degrees cooler at the same thermostat setting (and roughly 7 degrees cooler in the bedroom).
Probably the best $170 I've spent in a while. Jacob is the man!
I called Atlantic Air Systems during a heat wave with no AC and they were able to get to my house within an hour on a Monday morning. I spoke with both Kim and Pat on the phone at different times, both very helpful and genuinely nice. Jake was the technician that fixed the leaking unit and even came back to do a full cleaning service. Jake was wonderful- more than happy to help, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I can't say enough about Atlantic Air Systems and will be calling back for routine maintenance and any future issues. Thank you so much!!
This place is amazing from start to finish. I'm so happy we found them. All of the staff was so nice and helpful throughout the process. Frank the owner is amazing to work with, he is so nice and helpfull and he always returned our calls and answered all of our questions. We got a new A/C unit and furnace the installers did such a amazing job on the installation. They took there time and did a very professional job. If your looking for a top notch company please call Frank and his team they will take good care of you.
