The only words we can use to describe our experience with Atlantic are fantastic, superb, outstanding, professional, amazing and any other superlatives applicable in the English language. What more can be said of the owner, Frank Hess, other than he is a great businessman – professional, caring, courteous, and most of all friendly. His prices are excellent and his commitment to his customers is outstanding. He is not satisfied unless the customer is satisfied. There was a particular concern we had in the placement of the compressors and Frank and his crew went out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you Frank!! He is a rare find in today's world – respected by his staff and his customers. The central office staff – Kim and Shirley are always gracious, pleasant and eager to provide excellent assistance. Our work crew – Kurt, Adam and Michael were amazing!! Pleasant, courteous and fun to have around. Anyone in need of HVAC installation or service would be making a great mistake if they pass up calling Atlantic Air Systems. They are truly the best!

Atlantic Air Systems replaced my AC unit, Furnace and repaired all of my Ductwork. They do great work. Very good price for everything.I am saving a lot of money with the high efficiency AC and Furnace. I highly recommend Frank and his team. They are the best in the area.

Recently had our entire system updated. The service team was not only knowledgeable and professional, but personable as well which goes a long way in today's world. Atlantic was responsive to our initial inquiry and gave us honest and reasonable pricing. We also didn't have to chase them for answers to our questions. They got back to us very quickly. We had gotten multiple quotes but Atlantic was the easiest decision for us to make for those reasons listed.
We love our new system and tankless water heater. Thank you!
