Really honest great work I highly recommend
Atlantic Air came highly recommended to me, So I gave them a call when my Air went down. Needless to say I was highly impressed! They showed up to my house almost immediately!! Not only was the service fast, they came on a Sunday (Holiday) weekend too!! They now have a customer for LIFE! Thanks again!
Atlantic Air Systems helped me out when I was in a bind last year and needed my new Central Air hooked up before summer. The owner, Frank Hess, stepped up to the plate and completed the job in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. Since then, Atlantic Air is my go to company for everything HVAC. I'm not alone, since Atlantic Air came onto the scene, almost all the residents of Ocean Gate, NJ recommend their work. The company is really taking off in Ocean County and I highly reccomend their work. In fact, doing another project with Atlantic Air in the upcoming weeks. Need a dual zone mini-split system and Atlantic Air is the only choice for me.

What a great company! The owner took his own time and solved my problem over the phone. Could have easily scheduled an appointment but chose to to help me via phone, educate me, and save me money at the same time! VERY HONEST COMPANY! Highly recommend! Thank you for your help tonight.

Frank Hess and Atlantic Air Systems are amazing! My story starts out with an illegal instillation ( unknown to us) of a brand new heating system installed by someone else at the beginning of November 2017. The system kept shutting down and someone would come out and reset it. Christmas Day the heat went out..AGAIN..called and left a message for the owner, never called me back till the next day, came out, reset it, out again. I called NJR they came out and "red flagged" me on 12/27 and told us we should all be dead due to improper venting and carbon monoxide coming in the house And shut down my heat and hot water. I called the installer who said they're on vacation till January 2nd ( even though their website says 24/7 emergency service) and he would try to get a team together to come out. After calling the installer numerous times with no resolution, I called Atlantic Air. Frank came out on Thursday 12/28, looked at my heating system, ordered the parts and, by the end of Friday 12/29 I had heat and hot water! Frank Hess saved us!! I can't thank him enough for what he did...I highly recomend him and his company?
I highly recommend Atlantic Air Systems. Frank Hess is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and courteous, not to mention very reasonably priced. His service is outstanding; he is informative and follows through. He took the time to source, locate and pick up a part for my boiler; returned after a 13 hour day to install the part so I would have heat; other companies would have rescheduled. Thank you for your outstanding service!
