I called 4 other places yesterday after sleeping in an 82 degree house. Atlantic was the first company where I got a person and not a voicemail. She actually apologized they couldn't get there yesterday, but they scheduled me for 8:30 this morning. OUTSTANDING!! Jack and his assistant pulled up at 8:25, waited until 8:29 to knock on the door. In under an hour the system was diagnosed, I was given the cost, they did the work in the most professional courteous and efficient manner, and here I am one hour later sitting in my home enjoying that sweet sweet air conditioning. You guys are great and I highly recommend!
I highly recommend Atlantic Air Systems! My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Frank the owner, Kim in the office, and all the installers (Roy, Anthony, etc) were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I had my ac/heating split into two zones, added an air ionizer and humidifier, and had a ductless ac/heating system installed in my covered porch. Frank took the time to explain in detail how the work would be done and followed up with me at the end to see if I had any questions and make sure I was happy with the work. The installers arrived on time, exercised care during the install, and cleaned up each day before leaving. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work that was done. I will recommend them to all my family and friends and will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
My husband and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Atlantic Air. Our central air decided not to work on a holiday weekend and we figured we would have to wait until someone could come out and take a look at it. Called spoked to Frank the owner at 9:00 Saturday morning and he could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly and told us he could have someone that day between 1:00 and 2:00, 12:45 Jack the service tech was at our front door and had us up and running before we knew it. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. Jack provided excellent customer service to us and we appreciate all that he did for us. Very reasonably priced for an emergency service call, will be definitely using them for our future needs. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable company who is interested in the customer and taking care of the customer's needs. Thank you again Frank and Jack we appreciate all that you did for us.
I recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs. I called and the same day they came out. The tech (Jack) was very professional and explained what was wrong I am very happy with this company.

I cannot express how much I truly appreciate this company and the owner Frank! I had two other companies come out for my AC not working. First company just looked at it and said "it's frozen and needs to be replaced," (the system is an energy efficient 11 year old system) second company came out looked at it, said my system needs to be replaced because they believe it's leaking somewhere but it's frozen so they couldn't actually diagnose it. Frank from Atlantic came out, looked at the system, told us he will be back after it thaws to properly diagnose it. Came back the next day, cleaned the coil of checked everything and told us it's properly working now and there is no need for replacement! He saved us $8000! Guess who will get my business when I actually do need to replace the system in the future… Atlantic Air! Thank you again Frank!
